By using our website or engaging Roy Events for wedding planning, you agree to the following terms:
  • Roy Events provides in-house wedding decor services. All other services (photography, videography, venue booking, sound system, LED screen, catering, etc.) are arranged through trusted third-party partners.
  • We act as a coordinator for outsourced services and are not directly responsible for the performance or outcomes of third-party vendors. However, we strive to work only with reputable partners.
  • All bookings, payments, and contracts for outsourced services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
  • Roy Events is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from third-party services, but we will assist in resolving concerns to the best of our ability.
  • All content on this site is the property of Roy Events and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
  • Users must provide accurate information and not use our site for unlawful purposes.
  • Payments for decor services are subject to our booking and cancellation policy, which will be provided during the booking process.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Booking & Payment Policy:
  • To secure your event date, a non-refundable advance payment of 10,000 Rupees is required at the time of booking.
  • One month before the event date, the client must pay 50% of the total amount (including the advance already paid).
  • The remaining 50% of the total amount is to be paid within seven days after the completion of the event.
Please note: Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation of services or additional late fees.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the advance. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property: All content, images, and designs on this site are owned by Roy Events or used with permission. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written consent.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pokhara, Nepal.
